| 摘 要： | 为了使实践大学自治这一理念不致流于乌托邦式口号,对它的限度的阐释是很有必要的。大学自治的限度是一种“实然”,从大学自治发轫及整个发展历程来看,始终表现出很大的限度;大学自治的限度也是一种“应然”,从大学外部的客观存在基础和大学自身与生俱来的性格进行逻辑分析,限度的存在不可避免,而且一定程度上对大学的发展是有裨益的。同时也应该看到,自治的限度从大学外部和大学自身两方面来说也有一定限度,即限度本身也有很大的限度。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to make clear the limitation of university autonomy if we do want to carry it out. On one hand,university autonomy is limited. The limitation of university autonomy has been in existence since its birth. Considering the external conditions and the inherent characteristics of universities,the limitation of university autonomy is supposed to exist. On the other hand,the limitation of university autonomy should be restricted instead of being abused. This article tries to put forward the dialectic view about the two poles of contradiction that affect university autonomy. |
