论《学记》中的教育思想

摘    要:《学记》是我国教育史上最早的一篇教育专论,是古代教育理论的精华,也是世界教育思想的瑰宝。对于它的学习与研究,理论界更多的是关注其传授知识的层面,而对其给以受教育者思想道德影响的层面却少有探究。其实,《学记》系统地阐述了教育的重要意义、基本原则、制度体系、方式方法、基本规律及教师的职责与素质,它对于我们继承中华民族优秀传统文化,深入开展今天的素质教育,具有十分重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Xue Ji as the earliest education monograph in the history of our country is the cream of ancient theory of education and also a gem in the thoughts of world education. However, theoretical field gives more attention to the knowledge it expressed rather than its impact upon the ideology and morals of the being-educated. In fact, Xue Ji expounds the meaning of education, its cardinal rule, system, methods, laws and the quality and responsibility of teachers. It has great significance for carrying out excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and carrying on current quality education.
