| Abstract: | TThe article systematically reviews the process of CAFTA during the past four and half years since January of 2004, focusing on the Early Harvest Program, trade liberalization in goods and services and investment liberalization. The article also analyses the new situation both in the world and in the region, points out several challenges to CAFTA and analyses its prospects. |
