| 摘 要： | 文章通过对公民、市民、人民的词义辨析，阐述了三者辩证关系，并运用历史唯物主义的观点对它们产生、发展、最终消融的历史现象作了较系统梳理，提出了几个新观点。文章还阐述了当代中国完成上述进程所面临的困难及应把握的具体策略。

The origin, development and dying out of theconcepts concerned are examined from a historical-materialist point of view, and some new ideas about the issue areput forward. |
