| Abstract: | This paper makes a concrete analysis of the main forms and chief characteristics of thetransfer of surplus agricultural labor force to nonagricultural trades in Shantou City since 1990, then goeson to investigate the major causes of the transfer. And, in face of some recent happenings in the course ofthe transfer, this paper presents some measures to be adopted for the standardization of the practice of surplus agricultulal labor force transfer. |
