| 摘 要： | 本文从驰名商标的法律保护范围入手,着重论述了对驰名商标刑法保护的必要性,并在总结现行刑法对驰名商标保护中存在的缺陷的基础上,就驰名商标刑法保护的完善提出了笔者的几点建议。
