北京市文化设施空间分布与文化功能研究

北京作为首都和全国的文化中心 ,文化功能是北京城市的主体功能之一。本文在分析北京市文化设施建设布局现状的基础上 ,将北京城市文化功能演进历史从解放初期到现在分为三个阶段 :5 0年代至 70年代、 80年代至 90年代和 90年代以后。不同时期的文化设施在空间布局上展现了不同的特点。目前 ,北京城市文化功能空间布局上存在着政治文化功能突出 ,南北城布局失衡以及缺少表现城市文化功能的主轴线等问题。针对这些问题 ,本文提出了调整文化功能布局、平衡南北城差异 ,完善各城区文化功能定位以及加快打造长安街文化轴线功能的建议。

A Study on Spatial Distribution of Cultural Facilities and Cultural Function in Beijing

Beijing is the capital and the culture center of China. Cultural function is the main function of the city. Based on the analysis of Beijing city's cultural facilities and distribution,the thesis divides the development process of cultural function into three periods:from 1950s to 1970s,from 1980s to 1990s and after 1990s. At present,the main problem of Beijing is the unbalanced distribution between the south and the north area and lack of the key axis of cultural space.Beijing should adjust the cultural function distribution,improve the sub-functions of cultural in all districts and develop the Chang Anjie axis for the cultural function.
