| 摘 要： | 在中国经济增长过程中，需求与供给的结构性约束在经济转轨期尤为重要。潜在总需求不等于现实总需求，总供给与有效供给亦是两个不同的概念。整个社会的现实总需求不可能超越当时的生产力水平，是有条件约束的。需求结构的低层次和供给的结构性缺陷，制约着中国经济持续快速增长。

| Abstract: | In the course of China's economic growth, supply is important during the transitional period of China's economy. The total potential demand is not equal to the total real demand. The total supply and the effective supply are different concepts. The total real demand of the whole society can never surpass the production level at the given time, as it must be under some constraint. The low-level structure of demand and the structural defaults of supply are constraints on the sustained rapid growth of China's economy. |
