摘    要:目前我国政府正面临极大的就业压力.劳动者就业供需矛盾十分突出,形势严峻,究其原因既有客观体制的因素,又有运行机制的原因,还有微观主体失业者自身的问题.因此,要实现充分就业,缩小收入差距,促进社会进一步稳定.

Abstract:Currently, Chinese government faces great pressure of employment. Supply and demand contradiction about workers is obvious and the reasons come from objective system factor and government mechanism and the problem of un-employees. Thus, in order to realize sufficient employment and narrow income gap and stabilize the society, the author makes suggestions such as development of private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, creation of employment opportunities, improvement of business management system and improvement of job creation and employment environment.
