| 摘 要： | 人类的理性推动了人类社会的进步,但是,对理性的过分夸大也同样会导致灾难的发生,自负的理性会托起人类社会的乌托邦,使人们对自己设立的目标建立起不合时宜的自信,不但无法对政治运行起到推动作用,反而会破坏它的发展,从而导致民主政体的衰微。

| Abstract: | Human reason has pushed forward the advance of human society, however, exaggerating the reason excessively will cause disasters too. The conceited reason will hold up Utopia of the human society, which will make people set up unseasonable confidence, not only unable to operate and play a promoting role to politics, but will also destroy its development. So democracy is on the decline. |
