远程开放教学的问题与对策分析

摘    要:开放教育是伴随市场经济发展而诞生的一种成人教育模式,在教学过程、师生关系、师生角色以及成绩考核等方面与传统教育相比有很大进步,虽然如此,在具体实践中也存在一些问题,突出表现为学生自主学习难、对教师作用的认识存在误区、考核方式不全面、小组活动缺位等,从而造成网络教育下开放教育教学效果的缺失。为此需要从全方位建立考核制度,在创立以教师为切入点的高效教学设计、强化学生自主学习和学习小组的作用、给予教师增补教材内容的自主权等方面进行对策研究以不断完善教学过程。

Abstract:Open-education is one of the adult education modes with the development of marketing economy.Compared with traditional education,it is greatly advanced in many aspects such as: the teaching process,the relationship between teachers and students,the roles of teachers and students,and achievement assessment.However,problems are also found in practice,of which the prominent ones are: difficulties in students' self-study,misunderstanding of teacher's function,dis-omnipotent assessment mode,lack of group activities etc.,resulting in the loss of education efficiency of open-education in network education.So countermeasures must be studied in many aspects in order to perfect education process,build a sound assessment system,design efficient teaching focusing on teachers,strengthen students' self-studying and study-group's function,and endow teachers the power to consummate the content of teaching materials.
