| 摘 要： | 保险资金参与保障房建设符合保险公司资产负债管理的需要。目前我国保险资金的运用效率不高，运用渠道需拓宽，保险机构资产负债也存在资产与负债期限和结构上的不匹配。保险资金参与保障房建设能拓宽投资渠道，实现资产与负债在期限上的匹配，从而优化保险公司的资产负债管理结构，既有利于保险机构自身经营管理健康发展，也体现了保险资金取之于民用之于民的社会价值。

| Abstract: | Participation of insurance funds in affordable housing construction meet the need for insurance companies to manage assets liability. Currently insurance funds proves to be low efficiency of usage in China, investment channels need to be broadened, and assets of insurance institutions is not paired with debt matuerity and structure. Participation of insurance funds in construction of affordable housing is an effective measure to solve these problems. It perfects assest liability management so that it not only contributes to healthy development of insurance institutions but also reflects the social value that insurance funds is taken from the public and is used for the public. |
