论法治的评价标准

法治是人类文明的产物。法治的评价标准众说纷纭，明确其标准对我国建设社会主义法治国家有着重要意义，应将良法之治、法律至上、法律平等、司法独立作为其评价标准。具言之，良法之治要求尊重和保障人权，法律至上要求法律具有至高无上的地位与权威，法律平等要求权利义务一致、平等保护、反对特权，司法独立要求司法权只服从于法律。

On Evaluation Criteria of Rule of Law

There are various opinions on evaluation criteria of rule of law, the product of human civilization. Therefore, the well-defined criterion will be of great significance for China to construct socialism rule of law. We should take the criterion of good law, supreme status of law, equality before the law and independence of law. Specifically, a good law shall protect and respect human rights; law has the supreme status and authority; the rights and obligations shall be equally protected by law from privilege; judicial power only submits to law.
