| 摘 要： | 《中共中央宣传部、教育部关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》对高校思想政治理论课的课程建设作出了重大调整和部署，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。落实《意见》精神，力求做到“有实效”，就必须坚持以学生为本，体学生之情，解学生之惑；大力改革教学方法；加强学术研究；建设一支理论知识深厚、专业技能精湛、师德风范好、人文素质高的教师队伍。从这四个方面入手，为提高思想政治理论课教育教学的实效性作出努力。

| Abstract: | 《The Advice on Further Strengthening and Improving the College Ideological and Political Theory Education from Central Committee of the Party and Ministry of Education》made great adjustment and arrangement about the construction of college ideological and political theory subject. This education is a strategic duty of great importance and urgency. To carry out the spirit of the advice and try to obtain actual effect, we must insist on putting the students in the center of the education ; know about students＇ thinking ; answer students＇ questions ; strengthen academic research; construct a teacher team with rich and deep knowledge, excellent technical, good teacher morality and high humanity quality. These four aspects can insure actual effect in college ideological and political theory education. |
