| Abstract: | Constructing creative talent-training model in colleges and universities is not an accidental choice in face of education outlook transformation and challenge of knowledge economy.In order to make the resource environment and urban-rural planning and management discipline operate well,we are supposed to act actively and do our utmost to train highly practical talents for need of society in light of the fundamental innovation in educational idea,form and method. |
