| 摘 要： | 培养新型农民是社会主义新农村建设的内在要求,而从一定程度上说,新型农民的培养过程就是一个知识管理的过程。知识管理对于新型农民的培养具有重要意义。然而,当前新型农民培养中的知识管理还存在不少问题,影响了新型农民培养的效果。提升新型农民培养中的知识管理绩效应当大力发展农村教育,不断促进农村文化的创新,重视推动农村信息化的发展以及构建科学的农村知识管理体系。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of new farmers is the inherent requirement of building a new socialist countryside.From a certain extent,the cultivation of new farmers is also a process of knowledge management,in which knowledge management plays a significant role.However,there are still many problems in the knowledge management of new farmers’ cultivation,which affect the cultivation effect of new farmers.To enhance the knowledge management performance of new farmers’ cultivation,it is necessary to vigorously develop the rural education,promote the innovation of rural culture,push the development of rural informationization and build a scientific knowledge management system. |
