| 摘 要： | 就业包括职业需求和劳力供给两个方面.经研究表明,农业产业结构是农业职业需求结构变动的主因,农业职业需求的高低取决于农业的发展方式和功能的开发.现代农业的发展为农业职业需求的扩展与结构升级提供了良机,但职业需求的扩展和结构升级受到各种因素的束缚.从经济学角度分析,影响农业职业需求的因素分为内生因素和外生因素.新型农业职业需求变迁的经济学动因是农业生产率的提高.农业职业需求呈现网络辐射状态,为农业新业态的出现贮备了条件.为我国新型农业的发展,推动农业职业需求扩大和升级提出了建议,对农村劳动力就地就近转移就业具有十分重要的现实和理论借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Employment includes occupational demand and supply of labor power.This paper analyzes the outlet of rural employment in China.Firstly,the paper introduces pushing factors of agricultural occupational demands.Secondly,economic dynamic causes of agricultural occupational demands are researched according to "joint production" law,and there is great difference among different agricultural operating mode and systems.Finally,some good advice is given for promoting newly-formed agriculture developing and its occupational demands enlarging and upgrading.And it is good for local transfer and employment of rural labor in China. |
