我国区域义务教育均衡发展研究的问题分析

摘    要:当前我国区域义务教育均衡发展研究取得了一些成果,但在已有研究中依然存在一些问题。主要体现在区域义务教育均衡发展概念的外延不清,区域义务教育均衡发展的理论基础不明,区域义务教育均衡发展的必要性与可行性论证不力,区域义务教育均衡发展的影响因素主次不分,推进区域义务教育均衡发展的对策重点不显等方面。

Abstract:Currently,some achievements have been made by researchers on regional balanced development of compulsory education in China,but they are accompanied with some problems.The principal aspects are: the conception of regional balanced development of compulsory education was not clear;the rationale of it was incomprehensible;its necessity and feasibility were not demonstrated profoundly;the major and minor factors affecting balanced development were not clarified;and the main countermeasures promoting an balanced development of compulsory education were not identified.
