| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the new-generation rural workers＇ occupational characteristics, this study builds an evaluation index system of professional capacity assessment and describes the evaluation method in detail. It aims to provide proposals for self-upgrading of the professional ability of new-generation rural workers and theoretical reference for the formulation of the relevant policies. |
