摘    要:新世纪是一个全球化时代 ,在这种背景下 ,课堂教育方式更加灵活多样 ,教师在课堂上传统角色定位将发生变化 ,他不仅是一个充满爱心的赏识者、激励者 ,而且是个优秀的组织者 ,更应是远见卓识的创新者。

Abstract:The new century sees the arrival of a global eara. In the new atmosphere, as to class education, teaching methods will become more flexible while teachers' traditional role in class is to undergo changes. With a loving heart, he or she is not only an appriciator or stimulator of the students, but also an excellent organizer of class acutivity, and most important of all, a far sighted innovator of teaching methods.
