西部大开发地域的生态—经济区划探讨

西部大开发是当前中国发展的一个重要战略。要在保护和建设生态环境的基础上进行西部的经济建设 ,西部地域的生态—经济区划是规划西部大开发必不可少的基础资料。根据生态和经济条件的相似性、差异性来进行西部地域的生态经济区划 ,适宜用三级区划系统 ,即自然区域—气候带—生态经济区。根据气候和地貌的综合状况及其主导因素 ,可将西部地域分成三大自然区域 :季风森林区域、干旱草原荒漠区域和青藏高原区域 ;再根据气候条件 ,三大自然区域分为 1 2个气候带 ,各个气候带根据生态和经济条件的差别可分为 37个生态—经济区 ,并简要说明了每个生态—经济区的基本情况和西部大开发中可起的主要作用。

A Study on Eco-economic Regional Division for the Great Development of Western China

At present,the great development of western China is an important strategy for the development of our country.The economic development of the westen part of China should be based on the protection and construction of ecological environments.Eco economic regional division is an essential basic reference of western China.Based on the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the ecological and economical background,the eco economic regional division of west part of China could be properly carried out by adopting a 3 grade regional division system,namely:natural region--climate belt--eco economic district.According to the integrated circumstances of climate and landforms,and their leading factors,the west part of China could be divided into 3 natural regions:monsoon forest region,dry prairie and desert reg and Qingzang plateau rigion. According to climate condition,these 3 regions could be divided into 12 climate belts,which would further be divided into 37 eco economic districts,according to the differences of ecologic and economic conditions.The fundamental situations of each eco economic district,and the role which might be played by each district in the great development of western China are briefly described.
