| Abstract: | The article tries to study how to deal with several universal problems such as techniques of stock share distribution and capital evaluation concerning with the characteristics of college enterprises in the process of reformation, so as to balance the interests among the state, enterprises and individuals, arouse the enthusiasm of the managers and benefit the development of college enterprises as well. |
