| Abstract: | The current structure of the experimental and technical team, composed of their degree, title of technical post, age, etc., severely limits the cultivation of creative talents. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of the experimental and technical team and to carry out reform and creation in levels such as ideas and thinking modes, system of laboratory administration, administrative system of experimental and technical staff and so on. |
