| 摘 要： | 通过对2007年江苏省健美操锦标赛部分参赛单位的走访、调查，发现目前南京市健美操后备人才的培养根据队员训练地点的不同可以大致归纳为校内培养、校外培养以及校内校外培养相结合这三种方式，并以校内培养为主，而每一种方式在发挥其功用的同时亦存在着一定的局限．

A Contrastive Analysis on the Ways the Promising Personnel for Sports Aerobics Are Cultivated |

| Abstract: | Through interviews and survey on some teams, which participated in the 2007 Jiangsu Aerobics Championship Contest, it is found that the promising personnel for sports aerobics are generally cultivated in three ways. In this paper the merits and demerits of the three cultivating modes are presented. |
