| 摘 要： | 南水北调工程是一项跨流域、长距离的调水工程,工程投资对区域经济增长具有重要作用。文章阐述了南水北调中线工程与中部地区产业的经济联系,具体分析了调水工程建设期工程投资本身对当地产业的直接带动作用,以及调水工程在运营调水期由于水资源条件和水供求关系的改善对中部地区产业与部门发展的影响。

| Abstract: | Being an inter-basin,long distance water transferring project,the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is very important,for the investment plays a major role in the economic growth in that region.This article expounds the economic relation between middle-route of the project and the industries in the central region,analyzes in detail the impetus due to the investment in the construction,and the influence on the development of industries and sectors in the central region along with the improvement of conditions of water resource and the relation between supply and demand in the operation of this project. |
