论云南高等教育存在的主要问题与改革对策

分析了云南高等教育当前存在的十大主要问题,提出了以体制机制改革为突破口,激活内部运行机制,提高办学质量和效益;创新人才培养模式,构建人才培养新体系,提高人才培养质量,提升人才的创新能力、创业能力和就业能力;构建结构合理、规模适度、定位准确、层次分明、特色鲜明的云南高等教育新体系;加强师资队伍建设,构建一支数量充足、结构合理、富有创新能力的教师队伍等改革对策。

Main Problems and Reform Tactics of Higher Education in Yunnan Province

This paper points out ten main problems in Yunnan's present higher education,and puts forward some reform tactics with system reform as the breakthrough point to stimulate the system of inner-management and improve the quality and effectiveness of higher education;innovate the model of student cultivation,construct the new system of student education and improve student innovative ability,undertaking ability and the ability to obtain employment;construct the new system of Yunnan province's higher education with rational structure,moderate scale,accurate orientation,distinct educational level and striking characteristics;improve the educational levels of teachers and construct a group of teachers with enough numbers,reasonable professional composition,and innovative spirit.
