| 摘 要： | 城市既是人类生存的重要场所，又是人类发展的重要基地。因此，城市的可持续发展不仅对城市本身具有重要意义，而且对全人类的生存和发展产生重要影响。随着人们对生活环境质量要求的不断提高，建设生态城市已经成为当今城市持续发展的必然选择。如何建设生态城市已经成为各地十分关心的问题，生态城市的建设不仅要有一个科学的高水平、高质量的生态城市规划，而且要精心做好生态城市设计，在规划、设计和实施建设中要充分利用自然生态基础。

| Abstract: | The city is an important place for human's living and development,so its sustainable development will influence all human beings.With the higher requirement for living environment quality,ecological city has become a necessary choice.So how to build ecological city has aroused public concern,which not only need a design with high level and quality but also need to use sufficiently the natural ecology. |
