| Abstract: | The spirit of the party construction is the party's lodestar that the Third Party Central Leading Group,which is under the leadership of Mr. Jiang Zemin, suggests and leads the whole nation to construct the socialist modernizations. This paper mainly deals with the role of basic idea on "the three speakings education", "the three representatives" and "administeration of a country with moral" from historical materialism in the party's century project construction. |
