农民收入与金融财政支持的实证研究:陕西例证

利用陕西省1978-2007年的时序数据，对农民收入与金融、财政支持的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明：一，农民增收与财政支农水平长期正向相关，并在未来对财政支农水平存在较强的依赖性；二，金融支农水平在过去和未来对农民增收的促进影响均十分微弱；三，金融和财政支农均无法对农民收入的短期波动起到有效的调整作用，同时，二者支农效率较低，对农民增收难以产生直接的因果影响。在此基础上，就陕西省农民增收提出了简要的政策建议。

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Farmer Income and Financial&Public Financial Support to Agriculture:Case study in Shaanxi Province
