| 摘 要： | 大学生是我国干部队伍的主要来源,为了使他们在社会上承担起更大的动员和组织社会力量的责任,更充分地发挥出专业知识、专业技能的辐射作用,要加强培养大学生的领导素质.通过实证调查得出了"大学生的强烈的领导欲望与高校忽略领导素质教育的矛盾",并从高校课程体系改革入手提出了应对措施.

| Abstract: | University students are the source of future cadres and administrators.To make them shoulder greater responsibility and to make them give full play to their knowledge and skill,the leadership quality of university students is urgent to be promoted.Modern university students have strong leadership desire,while the universities and the colleges always ignore to train them.This paper puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of reforming the curriculum system. |
