| 摘 要： | 旅行社业带有知识产业的某些特征，但却未出现效益递增而是效益递减。创新成为旅行社生命之源。观念创新既要树立知识价值等新观念，又要扬弃现存的一些经营观念。制度创新要通过改制形成优势。重点是管理创新，在新的认识层面上再造流程，建立依托国际互联网、以多任务团队为中心的网络化的学习型组织。运用知识管理把旅行社业造就成知识型产业。

| Abstract: | To cope with the problem of low benefit troubling travel agencies, it is of vital importance to bring forth new ideas in the industry of travel agency in concept, system, and above all, management with the help of the knowledge industry and the information industry. This paper tentatively concludes that the industry of travel agency should be a variety of the knowledge industry. |
