| 摘 要： | 提升农村居民社会公德的文明素养,是建设社会主义新农村的重要方面。本文依据调查数据,对首都农村社会公德的现状进行了总体描述,分析了不同群体社会公德水平的差异,提出了契合农村特性的具有针对性、实效化的建设对策。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the cultivation of the ideology and morality of rural people is the key to construct a new socialist countryside.The paper which is based on survey data not only describes and summarizes abstractly the current public morality of the rural people in capital but also carries out a factor analysis in moral differences between the different groups of rural people.Additionally,the paper points out some appropriate and effective measures which correspond to the specific property of rural society. |
