| Abstract: | Construction of comfortably off ecological village is an inevitable approach for the sustainable development in mountainous areas. Based on the practical conditions in mountainous areas, the principles of ecological economics are used to deal with its theoretical structure, profound connotation, planning principles and steps of implementation, and to set up the comprehensive appraisal indices system. |
