| 摘 要： | 森林资源流转是市场经济发展的产物，主要包括林地的流转以及林地上附属物——森林和林木的流转。该文在对广东森林资源流转的现状进行调查研究的基础上，系统地分析了广东森林资源流转存在的主要问题，并就如何规范森林资源流转提出了具体的对策，旨在促进广东非公有制林业的发展，进一步搞好广东的商品林建设。

| Abstract: | Forest resource flows,as the product of the development of market economy,concern mainly the flow of woodland and the flow of forest,trees and anything pertaining to the woodland.Based on a survey of the status quo of the forest resource flows in Guangdong Province,the paper makes a systematic diagnosis of the major problems existing in this aspect and proposes some practical countermeasures on how to solve the problems,hoping to promote the development of non-public owned forestry and further improve the construction of commercial forest in the province. |
