| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》已实施一年了,而2009年又是政府信息公开工作年度报告出台的第一年,因此相关报告引发了社会的广泛关注。从2009年的公开信息报告来看,存在着报告主体欠缺、报告内容疏漏、报告时间迟延以及报告措词政论化等不容忽视的问题,这是因其背后传统文化、操作习惯、思想认识、实施准备因素所致。在观念转变和制度保障的基础上,规范报告的编撰体例,能更好地发挥政府信息公开工作年度报告应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Government Information Public Regulation of The People＇s Republic of China has already implemented over up to now for a year.This year is the first year that the annual report about government information publicity set.So these reports caused the extensive concern of the society.But there are all kinds of serious problems,such as the lack of reporting corpus and reporting contents,the late of reporting time and the politics of report language,based on traditional culture,the operational habit,understanding and the imperfection of implement preparation.According to thought change and system guarantee,to norm edit style of annual report will realiz the function of the annual report. |
