| 摘 要： | 结合我国经济建设的实际, 提出了法人的民事行为能力同自然人的民事行为能力一样, 由于其意识能力的不同,可以划分为完全民事行为能力, 限制民事行为能力和无民事行为能力的理论观点, 并对划分的标准作出了详细的阐释。
