| Abstract: | Sci-tech is the first productivity.The development and application of high-tech has raised the efficiency of land and agriculture,hence promoting the progress of agricultural productivity.In social sense,the development and utility of high-tech has facilitated the progress of production, promoted the well-being of life and fostered new-type farmers,thus advancing the construction of new countryside,contributing to the formation of harmonious society. |
