| 摘 要： | 党的十七大把“加强文化建设，明显提高全民族文明素质”作为全面建设小康社会的新要求，发出“兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮”的号召。大学是传承、创新、引领文化的重要基地，理应在提升国家文化软实力方面发挥重要作用。文章针对存在对大学文化的模糊认识，对大学文化的若干要素，以及建设大学文化的原则要求等作了初步的分析和思考。

| Abstract: | At the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has been put forward to promote cultural development and notably enhance the cultural and ethical quality of the whole nation,which are set as the latest requirements for constructing a moderately prosperous society in all respects.At the same time it is also promoted to bring about a new upsurge in socialist cultural development.Colleges and universities should play a vital part in strengthening the soft power of national culture in that they are the important bases for inheriting,innovating,and guiding the culture.In view of the ambiguous understanding of the university culture,the article makes an initial analysis of its key elements,and the principles of the construction of it. |
