高等学校实施素质教育当议

高等学校是培养德、智、体全面发展的人才,对大学生不仅要注重知识的传输,同时也要加强个性、人格和心理品质等方面的教育,本文针对目前高等学校的教育现状,阐述了加强大学生素质教育的必要性和现实意义;提出了加强大学生素质教育的主要做法;指出了加强大学生素质教育应注意的问题,以期引起教育和教育管理工作的注意,全面提高高等教育的教育质量,为社会培养更多有用的合格人才。

On Quality Education Applied to Institution of Higher Education

Higher education should not only lay emphasis on conv eying knowledge to undergraduates,but also at the same time redoubled its effort s in developing their individualism,personality and mentality.In the light of th e present educational conditions of institutions of higher education,this articl e expounds the necessity and practical significance of strengthening quality edu cation to undergraduates;and meanwhile it puts forward the main methods of work and problems which should be paid attention to.
