| 摘 要： | 在构建人文社会和推进我国城乡一体化建设进程中，要把城乡居民作为人格化的人来度量其生存与发展，要打破长期以来存在的身份歧视，以此来调整城乡关系及其发展方向。因此，一要体现生命权与生存权的人文关怀；二要体现对人的全面发展的人文关怀。

| Abstract: | Personalized existence and development of the residents as well as the elimination of status discrimination are the key points to adjust the relations between urban and rural areas in the process of constructing a humanized society and putting forward the integration of China＇s urban and rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to embody a humanized care and concern to the right of life, the right of exist. and the overall development of human beings. |
