| 摘 要： | 适用于企业的管理方法也有可能适用于高校学报。本文探讨了学报编辑部借鉴学习型组织管理理论的必然性和必要性,并从共同的愿景、主编作用、创造性团队学习自主管理机制以及系统的开放性五个方面概括了学习型学报编辑部的基本特征。

| Abstract: | The management methods that are applicable to business enterprises could be applied to the management of academic journal as well.The paper explores the necessity and essentiality of the editorial department in borrowing learning-oriented organization management theory.And it sums up the basic features of learning-oriented editorial department of academic journals in terms of the common wish,the role of chief editor,innovative team learning,self-management mechanism and open system. |
