| 摘 要： | 文章以湖北省来凤县百福司镇为例考察土家族农村地区学校教育的兴起与撤离,学校教育之"兴"为土家族农村地区的文化与社会发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,但在如今的学校布局结构调整中,盲目追求规模效益,不切实际撤销村级学校,导致农村学生受教育的成本上升,农民负担加重,农村孩子平等享有义务教育的权利被剥夺等问题的出现.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the rise and removal of school education in the rural Tujia areas based on Baifusi Town of Laifeng County,Hubei Province.It is shown that the pursuit for profits leads to the removal of some rural schools and hence some farmers＇ children are stripped of educational rights. |
