摘    要:饮食习俗在民族的文化领域中最具稳定性和特征性。元帝国空前幅员辽阔、民族众多和风俗各异, 使饮食习俗显现出多样性与特殊性、开放性与兼容性之特点。作为饮食中最基本的副食之一肉食,在元剧中因剧情需要而得到较充分的反映,诸如羊肉、鸡肉、烧鹅、狗肉、红干腊肉、鱼蚱等,充分展现了元人食肉饮食习尚的丰富性,既可观照中华民族饮食文化的承传性、变异性及创新性,又能反观元剧在反映现实生活上的真实性、多样性和鲜活性的一面。

Abstract:Dietary habit has the characteristics of being stable and special in each nation's culture. Due to the vast territory, numerous nationalities and various customs of Yuan Dynasty, its dietary habit possesses the characteristics of variety, specialty, openness and compatibility. Meat food as one of the basic food variety is fully displayed according to the need of plot in yuanzaju, such as mutton, chicken, goose meat, dog meat, red bacon, salted fish, etc. They fully reflect the diversity of meat food in Yuan dynasty, from which we can not only observe the succession, variation and originality of Chinese diet culture but the real-ness, diversity and vividness of true life as well.
