摘    要:发展中小企业是我国经济发展的大战略,建立有效的内部激励机制是促进中小企业发展的重要措施。通过对当前中小企业内部激励存在的主要问题的分析,有助于我们更好地构建有效的内部激励机制,以促进中小企业不断发展壮大,为经济的发展提供更多的动力。

Abstract:Developing small and medium scaled enterprises is an important strategy to boost China's economy and establishing an effective interior stimulus system is a significant measure to promote the development of such enterprises.An analysis of the major problems found in their interior stimulus system is helpful to build a more effective stimulus system for the growth of small-and medium-scaled enterprises and provide stronger momentum for economic growth.
