| 摘 要： | 海事行政检查是海事机关对行政相对人（船方）进行的船舶安全检查、防污染检查等,双方主体形成博弈关系。运用博弈论原理分析海事机关与船方在海事行政检查中的行为和动机,以便实现更为人性化、合理化的海事长效管理机制。

| Abstract: | Maritime administration,including ship safety inspection,pollution preventing inspection,etc,contains two basic elements of game theory,which are maritime administration and the ship.The paper analyzed the action and motivation of both maritime administration and the ship in maritime administration by game theory,in order to find a long-acting solution for maritime administration with more humanization and rationalization. |
