| Abstract: | According to Deng Xiaoping's theory,the 3rd generation's leadership of the CPC completely improve the socialist human right work.They succeed and enrich Deng Xiaoping's thought and theory on human rights under the new historical conditions.Therefore,the collective leadership present a correct guidline and powerful impetus to develop socialist human right work in china. |
