Building a high quality faculty according to the "Three Represents" theory |

| Abstract: | Building a high quality faculty is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to practise the "Three Represents" theory. In order to build a high quality faculty, teachers' political quality should be strengthened, excellent vocational ethics and teaching style should be fostered, knowledge structure should be improved and the comprehensive adaptability of the faculty should be improved. |
