中国古代经济中心移动引发的思考——两宋定都作为总变化轨迹上一个关键点

两宋定都涉及中国经济中心东移和东南移。首都与经济中心位移的总变化轨迹反映出:从西北到华北,到东南,再到华北。由此思考3个方面的问题。(1)经济政策对经济实践的指导作用,例如,从财政货币政策有助于中原地区发展经济角度理解王安石变法;宋代土地政策推动了货币经济在社会中的普及进程。(2)西北地区与东南地区在经济发展水平方面的差距属于历史遗留问题,具体差别从自然、经济、人的因素等不同角度反映出来。(3)设想经济中心移动问题的研究思路,可以借鉴区域经济学的研究成果,对于有关地区经济发展要素流动问题应当做进一步了解。

Thoughts Posed by the Transposition of Ancient Chinese Economic Centre--Establishing Capital of Song Dynasty Was the Key Point of the Tendency of the Position''''s Transformation

Establishing capital of Song Dynasty involved the economic center diversion (transferring to east China & south - east China) . We can inferred that the tendency of the position's transformation of the capital and economic center is: from north - west region to north China, to south - east region, to north China again. So we can study the question from three aspects. (1) The practice of economic is instructed by the policy of economic. For instance, to acknowledge the innovation of Wang An - shi from the benefit to the development of Central Plains acquired by the finance & monetary policy; The Song Dynasty' s land policy promote the popularity of the monetary economic. (2) the economic disparity between die north - west region and south - east region lies in the historical situation, and can be seen at several aspect:nature,economic and manpower resources etc. (3)We can refer to the research of the regional economic when faced the research of die transposition of the economic center and should pay more attention to question of the flow of the economic resources.
