| 摘 要： | 辅导员职业与人文素质有着历史的、内在的、必然的联系,辅导员职业发展是职业主体关于职业素质、职业能力、职业品位、职业实绩和职业社会价值的综合性发展。在社会转型时期,应以人文的眼光客观、辩证地看待职业化、行政化、专门化、事业化等不同的辅导员职业发展形式,并选择适合辅导员自身实际的职业发展路子。倡导辅导员职业行为的人文渗透,是实现辅导员职业发展的重要途径。
