| 摘 要： | 为更好地构建和完善高科技产业投融资法律体系,促进我市高科技产业化进程的加快,本文运用实证研究方法,理论联系实际,考察了北京市高科技产业投融资体系及其法制建设状况,从中总结出有益的经验,并发现其有待完善的不足之处,提出加强和完善高科技产业投融资法制建设的若干建议。
